Please read the following license
carefully. You are responsible for
adhering to its conditions.
A mechanical license authorizes permission for recording purpose only. After permission has been granted, you are authorized to record and manufacture a musical work upon payment. The agreement and permission is given only for an original recording of a copyrighted song. It does not cover the duplication of an existing copyrighted recording.
Current rate is 9.1 cents per song per recording, which must be paid to the publisher. The statutory rate is set to increase every two years.

Copyright must appear on the
recording jacket and recording itself.
It is illegal to change the words, music and or instrumental
arrangements without permission of the copyright holder. This agreement is for a one time use. Any other manufacturing beyond this agreement
is illegal. To manufacture additional
copies must be done under a new contract.
Three file copies must be given to the publisher per contract. This license shall apply only to the above
named institution and may not be extended, transferred or loaned to any other
group.
